Clear answers. Support when you need it.

How does the Soft Water Guarantee work?

During the first year, if treated water tests above 1 grain per gallon at a softened indoor fixture while your system is operating as designed, we adjust, repair or upgrade it at no charge until it tests at or below 1 grain per gallon. Keep salt in the brine tank and the bypass closed. This guarantee applies to municipal water; intentionally unsoftened fixtures and private wells are excluded.

Why is the resin protected by catalytic carbon?

Carbon reduces chlorine before it reaches the softening resin. HydroOne uses a dedicated carbon layer; HydroDuo uses a separate filtration tank. Keep that pretreatment in place and maintain or replace it as directed in your Owner’s Manual to retain the 10-year resin coverage. If it is removed, bypassed or not maintained, resin coverage is limited to one year from installation.

Can I maintain it myself?

Yes. You can handle routine maintenance yourself or use a qualified provider. Keep maintenance records. Damage caused by improper service or parts that do not meet specifications is not covered. Salt, routine replacement filters, membranes and carbon media are maintenance items.

What happens after three years?

Equipment parts remain covered for their applicable warranty periods. Labor and trip charges are then billed at standard rates. Covered installation-workmanship repairs remain at no charge for the five-year workmanship term.

What if I sell my home?

Remaining coverage transfers to the next homeowner at no charge when the system stays at the original property. The new owner should notify us within 60 days of closing with proof of ownership and the installation address.

How do I request service?

Call or text (407) 594-5505, or send a service request. Have your installation address, proof of purchase and a description of the issue ready.
