A few useful answers.
Monthly billing or quarterly delivery?
Monthly and annual plans include six deliveries a year, every two months. Quarterly delivery includes four visits a year, every three months, priced per visit. Choose the schedule that fits how quickly your softener uses salt.
How much salt should I choose?
Choose up to 80 lb if you need no more than two 40 lb bags between visits, or up to 160 lb for up to four bags. Call us if you’d like help choosing.
Do I need a Sunstorm softener?
No. We refill any brand of salt-based water softener within our delivery area.
Do I have to be home?
Only if we need you to let us in. We arrange access before your first visit.
Will you always add the full allowance?
We add what your tank needs, up to your selected allowance. The price covers the scheduled delivery and refill service.
